French brand Furygan have been around for nearly 50 years and have long been one of the go to brands for riders who want top levels of comfort, protection and style. In addition to this Furygan have a history of making Ski apparel in their early days, so if anyone knows how to dress in the cold it’s them.

Billed as the ‘warmest jacket Furygan has ever made’ the Cold Master is a two-piece suit designed for cold winter commutes or long winter tours and is available in black and black/beige. The jacket features protective inserts in the chest, back, arms and has Furygan’s D3O elbow and shoulder protectors with a back-protector pocket that is compatible with their D3O back protector.

In terms of technology, the jacket includes a removable inner liner made with Thermolite padding and clever aluminum wind stopping inserts in the chest that acts as a kind of barrier to any cold air. There’s also mesh at the armpits to ease heat dissipation and a high collar to keep out the chilly winter wind.

They include removable Thermolite padded lining with aluminum inserts and an internal technical lining which is warm, waterproof and breathable. There are D3O protectors at the knee - with three-adjusters – and at the hips.

The jacket and pant set zip together at the hip for added protection and warmth using the F.C.S (Furygan Connection system) which is derived from their ski products.
