Exclusive video - Redding: "we can do a race distance on soft tyre"

Bike Social caught up with Britain's latest MotoGP rider, Scott Redding, after the first free practice session at Qatar. He spoke about his first impressions of the Honda, the benefits of the softer Open Class tyre and when going into the first corner during his first practise session he closed the throttle only to run on..."something didn't feel right".

The 21-year old spoke about the differences between MotoGP and Moto2 and how he's had to use the pre-season testing sessions to adapt to the new brakes and electronics. He also gives us the low down on how his first free practise session in MotoGP went, which wasn't quite according to the script.

So as Scott says, if you haven't already signed up to Bike Social, why not? To do so, click here for the registration page.
