Did you know Bike Social has a dedicated Maps & Routes section? Covering areas from northern Scotland to as south as Plymouth, there is sure to be a route for you to enjoy whether you’re looking for a quick ride out or a full on two wheeled tour.

With almost 1,000 to choose from, we’ve pulled together a list of the five most highly rated routes on the site over the last year to make your life a little easier!

Aberdeen to Glencoe - 373.2 miles, 9 hours 25 minutes
Rating: 5 Stars

Scotland is a beautiful country. The long and winding roads are perfect for a two-wheeled tour. This mid-length route would probably be best over three or four days, allowing time to enjoy the breath-taking scenery you’ll find travelling through the Cairngorms National Park.

Andover to Loomies – 32.7 miles, 49 minutes

Everyone loves a good cuppa and this route from Andover to the Loomies Biker Cafe makes a good Sunday afternoon ride. The cafe is open seven days a week. The owners reckon that they’re situatied at the crossroads of two of the ‘best biking roads in the south’, the A32 and A272.

The Lake District V Ride – 39.8 miles, 1 hour 6 minutes
Rating: 5 stars

This legendary ride takes the rider along some of the best mountain views the lakes has to offer and an array of some of the largest ancient lakes in the district. Also a ride down and through the spectacular Kirkstone Pass is a treat for anyone. This ride has fast long sweeping bends and some nice twisting roads to match.

Suffolk Loop Pt 1 – 85 miles, 2 hours 45 minutes

Fancy an afternoon ride through the picturesque Suffolk countryside? Starting in Stowmarket this road takes some of Suffolk’s twisty country roads through Wickham Market, Framlingham and out to the coast at Leiston.

Skeggy for fish & chips! – 55.8 miles, 1hr 31 minutes

Lincolnshire is well known for its fantastic biking roads and this trip up to Skegness from Peterborough makes use of some stunning South Lincs coastal roads. Perfect for a sunny afternoon!
